Harrison Lee joined Beacon Business Bank in March 2025 as SVP & Director of Credit Administration. Prior to joining Beacon, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of United Business Bank. In his role as a member of the executive management team, Mr. Lee oversaw overall organic loan growth in Commercial Real Estate, Commercial and Industrial lending, and various government-guaranteed programs, including SBA 7(a), SBA 504, USDA, Agricultural, and California Small Business Loan Guarantee program (SBLGP).
Mr. Lee is now responsible for the overall management of the Bank's Credit Quality, including oversight of the Credit Administration Department, which includes all functions that provide lending support, credit information, and loan policies to ensure the overall quality of the Bank's loan portfolio.
With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, Mr. Lee began his career at Open Bank as an underwriter. Over the years, he has gained extensive expertise in various aspects of banking, with focus in commercial lending and government guaranteed lending programs.
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of California San Diego.
